Sr. Software Engineer – Application Development

• Design, Implement, develop, customize, and Integrate business systems with enterprise applications.
• Analyze business use cases for business process development and assist in planning, designing, implementing, developing, and deploying new software applications and enhancements to existing applications in landscape.
• Facilitate technical cutovers, functional cutovers, mock cutover builds, and go live through the various phases of the project and provided post-go-live production support during checkouts.
• Provide integration and customizing software solutions to solve business problems.
• Develop the required Software codes by using programming languages.
• Work with vendors, technology partners, and other IT teams to collaboratively address application issues and enhancements across multiple applications.
• Monitor and provide production support of the enterprise-critical applications falling under scope. Identify process gaps and provide alternatives to the project team.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and provide solutions for issues identified during the project phase.
• Provide technical assistance from a design-and-development standpoint.
• Coordinate with across teams during the entire software development life cycle, work and coordinate with the technical team, Security Analyst, Quality Analyst, programmers, functional team, and middleware team to build and integrate interfaces across connected business Systems.
• Create reference apps and carry out proof of concepts to show the team how they can run applications on Azure using various Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Data Factory, Key Vault
• Learn new technologies as needed as per the technology road map changes and be able to train the rest of the team as well.
• Compare various technology solutions and products/frameworks and perform “right fit” analysis to determine the best option to implement any new technical solution.
